TIMAKO has an in-house team along with outsourcing experts in Real Estate projects. Our team acts as a solutions provider to the Real Estate market, by structuring transactions that enable investment in assets to generate attractive returns. 
 
We cooperate with communities, policy makers, investors, non-governmental organizations, and others to incorporate material considerations into our investment and portfolio management decisions to support business solutions that have a positive business and social footprint. The business plan is to secure mid-term returns, while minimizing systemic risks in a long-term stable market through transparent processes that utterly exclude the possibility of negative surprises to our clientele.
Investment Strategy & Criteria
Our firm executes single-strategy portfolios using conservative approaches for the development of Real Estate projects.
 
Exit strategy of each project is three to five years and asset allocation is a minimum of one project for each closing.
 
We focus on projects with ROI over 10% .
   
Projects must be 100% accessible . 
 

Projects are selected (among other reasons) because of their low acquisition cost (distresses assets) 


Location definitely constitutes a criterion for project selection.
