TIMAKO LTD is developing a high-quality, integrated residential complex in Saturn, Romania, located close to the historic city of Constanta.
The project features a ten floors building comprising 225 apartments, underground parking levels, green spaces and commercial areas such as restaurants, a spa, conference facilities, and a swimming pool. It incorporates modern architectural solutions and offers a high standard of amenities. Covering a total of 19,100 sq.m. of usable space, the development also includes over 3,100 sq.m. of shared outdoor recreational areas.
TIMAKO LTD is moving forward with the project in a growing coastal region known for its tourism and investment potential.
The development targets both real estate investors and professionals in the tourism and hospitality sectors, with options for private ownership or tenancy. The design was crafted by the experienced architectural team at Aria Concept Office.
